Include the Chrome version, capture mode, what happened and what you expected.

Before you report an issue

Use a regular website. Chrome blocks capture on some internal and store pages.
For a small detail, use Selected area. It freezes the visible frame before you choose the rectangle.
For long pages, inspect all PNG parts and any capture warnings. Use Load more content only when you want a feed to grow.
Export anything you need to keep before closing its editor.
Remove private data from screenshots. Never include your full license key in a report.

Pro sales are not open yet. When licensing is enabled, activation and deactivation are available in Pexli Settings. If an activation cannot be released, contact the publisher with your order reference rather than a full key.
